1. Download the Qiao lin Hotpot app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Open the app and click on “Register” if you are a new user or “Login” if you already have an account.
3. If you are a new user, fill out the required information to create an account. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and password. If you already have an account, enter your email and password to log in.
4. Once you have logged in, you should see a home screen with various options such as “Menu,” “Online Order,” and “Rewards Rewards.”
5. To redeem points, click on the “Scan + Earn Points” tab. You may be asked to scan your receipt using your phone’s camera to earn points.
6. Once you have scanned your receipt, your points will be added to your account.
7. To view your account information and points balance, click on the “Home” tab.
